Because of how the installation ended up being realised, I felt that interactions were much more limited, considering the location, compared to if we were able to install elsewhere. For this project, Sonny and I feel passionately about facilitating interactions between the public and the work. It is central to the work that audiences can be sound makers and have active participation in sound art. We intend to develop the project further. Through the use of video, we intend to apply to exhibition open calls and festivals, potentially gaining support from grants or funding. This would allow us to develop our idea without limitations of financial restrictions. These plans for the future of this project would allow for more public interactions and further realisation.
The video features footage and stills of the installation and text; it is accompanied by a field recording of the site, which was mixed and mastered using Ableton.
