The collaborator I have chosen for this project is my friend, visual artist, Sonny Ashby.

Sonny is a visual artist currently studying Fine Art BA at Goldsmiths. Their practice involves installation, sculpture, painting, collage, and more. There work frequently centres around the themes of gender and sexuality. Sonny works primarily with found material and objects, which is how we plan to make the sculpture.

I think as a collaboration, we will be able to merge our practices and interests together effectively. Our goal is to make an installation work that brings in real life taboo stories of gender and sexuality, making the audience confront discomfort.
